GMR photometric surveys illustrate where lighting levels exceed required levels and where the readings may fail to meet standards set by the financial institution, local jurisdictions and/or state legislative statutes. In situations where light levels do not meet the standards of the institution or the regulatory entities, our services can help document a diligent client effort to maintain and improve facility lighting.

For facilities that need to meet local light trespass restrictions, GMR performs a perimeter survey to expose problem areas. The perimeter survey can assist in situations where security lighting may affect neighboring properties, and aid in proving whether the facility’s lighting meets the local standards.
