These “sayings” and “slogans” are things you may have seen or heard thrown about by many companies, some in their commercials, some first hand at a prior job.

At GMR, we firmly believe these “slogans” to be more than words. They are a reality—Our People are Our Company. We Are GMR. Through all of our growth in recent years and the opportunity for continued growth, this reality is increasingly and manifestly clear—Our People are Our Company. We Are GMR.

We can refine our processes, add technologies, enhance our marketing, etc., but none of it will work or even matter without Our People. We Are GMR. Our People inspect the facilities. Our People process the reports. Our People interact with customers. Our People keep it all going. Our People spend their time away from their homes and families to make it all happen. We Are GMR.

We want you, our employees, to know GMR recognizes that You Are GMR. And we want You to recognize that You are GMR. Together, we serve our customers and each other.
