GMR is committed to operating with complete Integrity, but to do so we must all pledge Integrity to ourselves, each other, and our customers. Every employee is asked to take the Integrity Pledge, and then abide by it throughout his or her employment at GMR.

The GMR Integrity Pledge:

I WILL SPEAK AND DO THE TRUTH IN ALL THINGS.

I WILL SEEK TO CREATE, PROMOTE, AND PRESERVE UNITY AND NOT DIVISION.

I WILL TREAT OTHERS THE WAY I WANT THEM TO TREAT ME, WHICH IS WITH SERVICE AND RESPECT.

IF IT IS NOT TRUE OR BENEFICIAL FOR THOSE INVOLVED, I WILL NOT SAY
OR DO IT.

I WILL NOT PUT MYSELF IN A POSITION THAT COMPROMISES MY INTEGRITY OR GMR’S INTEGRITY, OR CASTS DOUBT UPON IT.

I WILL STAND UP TO ANY ATTEMPT TO COMPROMISE MY INTEGRITY
OR GMR’S INTEGRITY.

I WILL DO MY WORK, DO IT RIGHT, EVERY TIME.

ALTHOUGH I WILL STRIVE TO PROVIDE EFFICIENT SERVICES, I WILL NEVER SHORT CUT MY WORK OR RESPONSIBILITIES.

WHEN I AM FACED WITH A DECISION ABOUT A COURSE OF ACTION, THE RIGHT PATH IS PROBABLY THE ONE THAT MAY BE MORE DIFFICULT. IF I DO NOT KNOW WHICH TO CHOOSE, I WILL ASK.
