History
GMR began as the result of a conversation with a national bank security director in October of 1991. That conversation created our first contract conducting a detailed ATM and After-hour Depository security, safety and lighting assessment.
This project – and the subsequent methodology – became the business model that has produced hundreds of customer referrals. We have built our business on the premise of not outselling our ability to provide our services.
Our core beliefs have been birthed out of a sense of customer perspective. We were a customer prior to beginning our business and we want to always hold a customer’s view.
GMR has continued to develop and refine core services built upon our customer needs. As a result of relationships with some of the most respected and admired global property management companies, we have broadened our services to include a wide array of facility inspections and information-gathering products. Site assessments, premise and facility reviews, and rebrand process inspections are only a few.
Our strength is our national presence and our foundation is our integrity and consistency.
